generations was built on a random tuesday in amanda's salon studio. after years of brain storming, plotting, and talking the talk, the three of us decided there is no better time than now. we took our age old dream of working together, our passion for styling, and we made something greater.
between our 40+ years of combined experience working in and out of salons, our one mission is this: create a luxurious styling experience for your special day... and enjoy doing it.

Amanda has been doing hair for over 30 years. In those thirty years, she has seen generations of different families through proms, weddings, and every other special event you could imagine. Amanda says her favorite part of special event styling is being such an important part of her client's most intimate days. She has blessed so many heads with her magic touch, and can’t wait to be part of your special day.
jayci | big sister
Jayci has been doing hair for ten years this year. Over the years, wedding services have been a large part of her expertise. She has traveled as far as Richmond, Virginia and Key West, Florida to service bridal parties. Jayci’s favorite thing about special event styling is creating a calming and peaceful environment for her wedding parties. There’s no place for stress while her hands are in your hair.
sophia | little sister
Although she’s only been doing hair for three years, she has been playing with her mom and sisters mannequins, doing all of her friends hair, and learning all the tips and tricks as she grew up in salons along side Amanda and Jayci. She has gained so much experience between the two salons she has worked at since graduating cosmetology school. Sophia is wise beyond her years and skillful beyond what you might expect from someone so young. Her favorite thing about special event styling is being alongside her clients on one of the most intimate days of their lives. If one thing is certain, Sophia will be bringing some sunshine to your special day.
